Engine 41
Engine 41 is a 2005 E-One top-mount Pumper. It is built on a Freightliner M2 Chassis. It has a Foam-Pro 1600 system, a Hale 1250 gpm pump, 1,000 gallon poly tank and carries a crew of five. The new Pumper is the result of a 2004 FEMA AFG grant and is the first new pumper ever owned by Greenwood. The department raised its cost-share of $17,600 through fundraisers and donations from residents of the district.
Brush 41
Brush 41 is a 2003 Ford F-550 with a 7.3 litre Power Stroke Deisel engine.
It has a Hale 200 gpm pump with a foam injector system and a 350 gallon
poly tank. The skid unit was manufactured by Wildfire Trucks of Arlington,
Texas. See

Brush 241
Brush 241 is a 1997 Ford F-350 with a Hale 200 gpm pump and a 300 gallon
tank. This truck was built by members of the department.
Tanker 41
Tanker-41 is a 2003 American LaFrance built on a Freightliner chasis.
The unit contains 3,000 gallons of water, has a pump capable of
1,250 gpm, and is equipped with a drop tank for tanker shuttling.
This vehicle is owned by Parker County and loaned to the Greenwood Rural
VFD.
Squad 41
Squad 41 is a 2005 Dodge 2500 4WD Diesel 4-Door. It was acquired
through several fundraisers thanks to the people of the Greenwood Fire
District. This is our first-out Emergency Medical Services vehicle and
is also used for Incident Command and personnel transport. The vehicle
carries medical supplies, backboards, an AED, a thermal imager, rescue
equipment and a 4-Gas Monitor.
Cascade 41
Cascade 41 is a multipurpose trailer containing a 4-Cylinder Cascade System,
a Generator and scene lights, a K-650 FD concrete/metal saw, a Chainsaw,
Salvage Tarps. It and the equipment inside were acquired through
a series of grants from the First Responder Institute, the Texas Commission
on Fire Protection and FEMA.
Ranger-41
This is a 2005 Polaris Ranger 6X6 that was won in a competitive grant from
US Smokeless Tobacco Company. The apparatus has a skid unit built by Neel Associates of
Waco, TX.
The unit has a 100 gallon poly tank, a 13 hp 135 psi pump, a 10' jump line and 300 feet
of forestry hose. This specialty unit is a fast attack vehicle for grass/brush fires and
is used in search and rescue incidents.
